Marc Lippman
Executive Chef/Owner
A graduate of the prestigious La Varenne D’Ecole in Paris, Marc Lippman has been working as the top toque for some of the world’s most sought-after hotels, resorts and restaurants since launching his culinary career at New York City’s Bouley back in 1991. Since that time, his signature modern American cuisine has garnered rave reviews in many national and international media outlets from stints as Executive Chef at Miami Beach’s Raleigh Hotel, NYC’s Wild Blue and at one of the world’s most luxurious resorts, Las Ventanas Al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Mexico.  A resident of Connecticut, Lippman opened his first restaurant, Fraîche, in Fairfield’s lush Greenfield Hill neighborhood in November 2007, helping to place the Nutmeg State more firmly on the nation’s culinary map.  Currently, Lippman is scouting out locations statewide for his next concept, “Fraîche Burger.”
